Halloween has always been one of my favorite holidays, if I thought I could get away with it, I might dress up and go trick or treating with the kids. Unfortunately I think whether I got away with it or not, it wouldn’t be a good look for an adult. Plus I don’t need to overindulge my sweet tooth.
I want to share some smart ideas for managing the sugar overdose that comes with mixing kids, candy, and Halloween. Below I have listed healthier treats as well as some fun options if you prefer to give out an alternative to candy.
