Meta Analysis of Acupuncture For Knee Osteoarthritis Says 'Yes!!'

Whenever you suffer from pain in your knees or legs, it is a disturbing experience because you are terribly hobbled without the adequate use of your knees and legs. You can protect arm injuries but you move on your legs all day long. Leg and knee disability affects every aspect of life.

Good news for osteoarthritis sufferers. A meta-analysis (reviewing all available studies on a specific topic) has concluded that acupuncture is better at relieving pain and restoring function in cases of knee osteoarthritis than standard care.

This just shows what we already know. TCM has always been great for arthritis.

Dr. Tan's Balance Method (combined with mirroring) is often even better for pain and inflammation than even "Traditional Chinese Medicine". Find him at his website.
